Air bubble roll (also known as bubble wrap roll, bubble film roll, or air cellular cushioning roll) is a continuous length of air-filled polyethylene bubble cushioning film wound onto a cardboard or plastic core, providing the same outstanding shock absorption, vibration isolation, and surface protection properties as air bubble sheet but in a roll format that offers greater flexibility, economy, and operational efficiency for high-volume wrapping, packing, void filling, and product protection operations. The roll format delivers a continuously available supply of cushioning material at the point of packing, allowing operators to dispense and cut any required length on demand — eliminating pre-cut size limitations and minimising material waste across a wide range of product sizes and packaging configurations.
