Colour cloth tape (also known as coloured fabric tape, cloth duct tape, or coloured gaffer-style tape) is a strong, pressure-sensitive adhesive tape constructed from a woven or knitted polyethylene or cotton cloth fabric backing laminated to a polyethylene film and coated with a rubber-based or synthetic adhesive. Available in a wide range of solid colours, it combines the mechanical strength and conformability of a fabric carrier with excellent adhesion, hand-tearability, and flexibility — making it one of the most versatile and durable tapes for bundling, sealing, colour coding, repairing, labeling, and general-purpose industrial and consumer applications.
